Swelling reaches it maximum 48-72 hours after surgery. It will take a few weeks or possibly longer for the swelling to resolve. What is visible in the photos appears normal for this stage in recovery. Patience.
The picture looks just fine and what you would expect after 3 days for the surgery you had. If you take too much tissue from under the areola you may end up with a depression that may be impossible to repair. Give it time and follow the instructions of your surgeon.
