Hello!
I am doing some research around a surgery that I want to have done. I have round breast implants (over muscle) 500cc and wish to exchange to a 375cc because it is causing me problems. My height 175cm, weight 56kg, one of the implants has capsule (little). I don’t want an anchor incision. Best way to avoid vertical incision? Read about breast reduction using only incision under breast.
Good day and thank you for your question. It will all depend on how much excess skin you have after the exchange to smaller implants. The more skin that remains will require more incisions to remove it. You could wait for the skin to shrink, but it may leave you with breast sagging. Best to ask your board certified plastic surgeon about all the options.
You need an in person exam and consultation by a plastic surgeon to be able to answer these questions.
The best results won't be there without a vertical and a horizontal component. However, with a little compromise, it can be done by an experienced surgeon. The fight is between good result and scar.
