I think due to compression garment being very tight I think my scar tissue has been misplaced (left side). Please tell me if it is okay.

The scar looks good and it will get better.
Massage and or Ultrasound could help soften
the scar.
Hard to tell from your picture. Perhaps a friend could take a more standardized photo. Usually, patience is what is needed in cases such as these. Check in with your surgeon as soon as possible.
