I had filler from tear trough removed after severe migration when switching from restylane to RHA per recommendation by injector. I now have severe indentation under my eye and cheek on one side that looks like deformation . Severe wrinkling and under eye creasing much more severe than pictures previous to filler a year ago. Is this normal? Will things go back or will filler be only fix
Without an in person evaluation and before and after photos, this is a tough one to assess. Filler can last 6-12 months so you may continue to see changes during that timeline.
You need an in person examination-consultation from a local ASPS certified or eligible plastic surgeon

Filler under eye is complex and should be performed by board-certified plastic surgeons or their trusted injectors. At this point, I would advise that you reach out to your board-certified plastic surgeon for further advise.
