Your wife continues to have a nice result. Larger implants will provide a slight lift effect, so depending on her feelings about her current nipple position she may not need a lift. Good luck!
You just said the magic words: "She has no complaints". She wanted to be larger without a lift. In that case she should not have any other surgery at all. A larger implant is not going to lift anything and will stretch her tissues more over time to make her look even more ptotic. If she is happy then be happy that she is happy. If she is not then she can discuss it with her surgeon.
If she need to increase her breast size without lifting procedure is possible when she increase breast silicone size to 500-600cc up.
