it can take few weeks, depending on the type of brow lift and if there is post operative bleeding, sometimes can take up to 4-6 weeks, with the swelling noticed around the forehead initially then descends to around the upper eyelids then the lower eyelids, check with your asps surgeon they can answer you more accurately about all these details.
