Prosthesis Now Needed

Is it normal to have to wear a 100cc external silicone pad on one side of my bra after what should have been a fairly simple implant exchange? After 15 yrs my R implant deflated. New Dr ignored 37 yrs of medical records . Pevious Dr used L435/R550 (split vol. due to Poland Synd, excellent result). New Dr. used L565/R590, sewed down R lat curve & shoved R breast towards sternum. Over 1" diff.

I am assuming you took the photograph while looking in the mirror. Your breast on the left side of the photograph shown definitely looks larger than the breast on the right side of the photograph. It looks like to me that the breast on the right side of the photograph needs a larger implant. This should be fairly straightforward. If you take your concerns back to your primary surgeon, my assumption is they would assist you in managing this. If you are not comfortable with this, seems like a relatively straightforward issue and I am sure that you could find somebody else to help. I am sorry you are having these troubles.
