Realistic lift goals?

I'm 36 & 5'6. When I was 19 I gained 50 lbs, got to 175 lbs & wore a size 32J bra. I then lost 50 lbs in my late 20s due to hormonal changes (weight has has stayed at 125 for 7 years). I now wear a 30E bra size. I have healthy breast tissue & not much fat. I'm considering a lift (no implants or reduction) to improve appearance & clothing fit and reduce strain on my back. Are my goals realistic?

Procedure: Breast Lift

From what you describe, your goals are appropriate, but an in-person assessment is the only way to find out. Fortunately, Dallas is home to many great plastic surgeons who can help you.

Seems you want to stay very large. In doing just a lift, some breast tissue will have to be removed. Your question can not be answered without a proper examination and consultation. Suggest you seek consultation with an ABPS certified or eligible surgeon where you live and there are many in your area.
