Sagging breasts, total different size areolas, uncentered, feels like implant in armpit. Hack job?

Is all this normal? I'm 4 weeks post op. Can't get answers from Surgeon. Paid for lift ans implants, he determined I didn't need lift. My areolas are different sizes now, not straight or centered. My boots sag straight to the ground like I'm 80 years old. Breasts are two different sizes. He didn't listen/read notes, I started with different sizes. Stitching looks like a hack job. Sagging breasts??

Procedure: Breast Augmentation
Location: Lebanon, OR

You must establish communication with your surgeon. If patient physician relation is broken then seek second opinion.

You say he determined you did not need a lift but you did have a lift. It appears you had a donut lift which is inadequate for the amount of ptosis you had. There is always going to be some asymmetry and yours is not out of line for the operation you had. Seems you have an extruded GoreTex purse string suture exposed on the right sider and this my guess is that it will have to be removed sometime before it causes problems. It appears your implants are huge and larger than what I would have used. It is not possible to give any kind of opinion without knowing what you looked prior to surgery, what you discussed with your surgeon, the exact operation you had, what you expect and what your surgeon is telling you now. You just need to ask your surgeon all of these questions and concerns and make sure you get an answer. If you do not then your need to seek a second opinion from an ABPS certified or eligible surgeon close to where you live.

So sorry to hear that you are having a difficult time like this. It is not possible to answer a lot of your questions without seeing your before and after pictures as well as any notes regarding the pre operative discussions you had with your surgeon.

Please establish communication with your operating surgeon. Do you know if your surgeon is a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery ?

Best wishes
