Costs for surgery can vary pretty widely around the country, even for the same procedure. Here in Orlando, silicone gel breast augmentation is around $6000-$6500, less for standard saline implants. While there are always "cheap" options, don't gamble with your safety. Have a board-certified plastic surgeon, a licensed anesthesia provider, and an accredited facility for your procedure.

The cost of the procedure will vary from surgeon to surgeon and in various locations in the country. In New York the fee is a little more expensive than some other areas. Probably would run You a fee in the neighborhood of 6000 to 10,000 depending on who you go to.

In DC, breast augmentation ranges from 5500-9500 dollars depending on how complex the surgery is. The best thing to do is consult with a board-certified surgeon.

Costs vary widely even between surgeons in the same area. I am in metro DC ( Alexandria, VA). Silicone implants are more costly than saline implants and anesthesia prices vary with how long the surgery is. Approximate cost for surgery, anesthesia and implants in my accredited office facility is about $7500.00. Hope that is helpful.

Price varies by location. Here in Columbia, S.C. the cost for saline implants ranges $4000 to $4500, and $4900 to $6000 for silicone.

I recommend your do your research, and find two or three surgeons you feel comfortable with, and then call their offices to check prices.

Do not base your decision entirely on price.

Good luck,

As you have already read, prices vary. The most important thing to do is to research your surgeon. Make sure you go to a board-certified plastic surgeon. Ask your friends and family and/or your doctor who they would recommend. Best of luck to you.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Breast augmentation can vary widely across the country as it combines the costs of anesthesia, facility, implant selection, and surgeon. For most you would look at 5500-10K dollars. Best to see a series of surgeons in your area to get the best idea. Best wishes.
