Hello! I’m having a TT with lipo on flanks & abdomen. My dr said he doesn’t think i need to add the back lipo because the flank lipo and contouring in the front will pull my back inwards. I’m afraid to look top heavy with a big back & flat stomach.. he reassured this would not be the case & lipo could be done later if i really want. do you think my body will look odd & will my back be pulled in?

Without a physical exam and or good pictures no one can give you any opinions. Liposuction of the back would be the smallest of the results. In the opinion of your surgeon liposuction of the back is not needed. If you do not like what they said then you should ask them again to make sure you are in the same page.
