I have had a few consult.s, But nvr can afford it all at once and financing isn't an option because of the credit. I have 7000 in cash to give now upon appt. w/ a great job Is there anyone anywhere that let's someone do a payment plan for the remainder within their office w/out credit financing?? :-(

Sorry to hear about your credit situation.

For cosmetic surgery procedures, it is customary for Payment to be made in full before the surgery is performed.

One option I would suggest to you for your surgery is to split it into multiple surgeries. For example pick which procedure is the most important to you and do that one first. This way you can stay within your budget and get the surgery done that you want.

Another option is to go to a resident run clinic at at plastic surgery training program to limit your costs. Your surgery will be done by a chief resident under the guidance of a faculty member who is a board certified plastic surgeon. With this you can still expect the highest quality of care with your surgery being done in a safe manner. Doing it this way however might case you to have a long wait for surgery as space is limited in these clinics.

Please also be very careful of going out of the country. Standards are not the same as the US

Your numbers are rather close to my usual charge for tummy tuck. Are you able to send photos and more detailed medical information? Also, mommy makeover can mean different operations for different body types. Can you be more specific?

I don't think you will find anyone with experience in a successful practice to do surgery without up front payment. If you have $7000, then that is more than enough to have your abdomen or breast done, then get the other done when you save more money.

I would recommend not going out of the country for cheap procedures that may end up with problems requiring multiple trips back at great expense.

Good luck.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your difficulties. For most surgeons payment for any procedure must be done up-front or through financing. Some offices may offer you financing terms, but this would be on an office-by-office basis. Hope this helps.

Yes, most definitely. If you do not qualify for care credit or other excesslent financing options then we do in house financing. The closest satellite office of mine to you would be Florida and you need to be there for about a week.
