Hello! I have breast augmentation befor 3 weeks.
Till second week I see that one of my breast is bigger than other. Is that normal?
My second question is - are breast get bigger in the bottom after they drop and fluff?

There is always some asymmetry of the breasts from before and after surgery. There is not adequate information to give any kind of opinion. Consult your surgeon for an answer.
Three weeks is very early for final results of a breast augmentation and implants take up to 6 months to drop. Also impossible to render an opinion without pictures
