Breast lift and implant incision healing

I got a breast lift and implants 2.5 weeks ago but my incision at the T zone will not heal. My surgeon is in a different state but I send pics daily. She advised me to clean with soap and water and add antibiotic ointment but I don’t see any improvement. I’m also back on antibiotics and I change my dressings 2-3 times a day. What should I do to heal quicker?

Procedure: Breast Lift
Location: Austin, TX

You should return to your plastic surgeon and have them scrape away the yellow film at the T junction to make sure the implant is not exposed at the base of the wound.

I believe your implant is exposed. The first pictured shows that.

Need to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon ASAP.

In the picture looks like a hole or a scab. If it is a hole then implant is exposed.

The rest of the wound, white tissue is dead. need to know what is underneath it, healthy red tissue or implant

If you can’t or won’t return to your out of state surgeon, go to a local plastic surgeon. The ER you s usually unfamiliar with breast implants
