Deviated Tip

Hi! I am 2 1/2 months post op and I’m curious if the deviation in the tip is swelling ?

Inflammation of the operated area is to be expected during the first 6 months. Only then will you see the final result, which you will have after a year, once the inflammation disappears 100%. In Rhinoplasty you must have a lot of patience. Regardless of what I told you, and looking at your photograph, you should consult with your surgeon so that he can compare it with the preop and evaluate if the defect is real or just inflammation.

You appear to have some deviation of the nose with the septum. It is too early to tell what if anything to do. you need to consult your plastic surgeon
