Inflammation of the operated area is to be expected during the first 6 months. Only then will you see the final result, which you will have after a year, once the inflammation disappears 100%. You appear to have some deviation of the nose with the septum. It is too early to tell what if anything to do. you need to consult your plastic surgeon
