Lip lifting can make the corners of your lips rise.
The Lip Lift raises the cupid's bow area of the lip by shortening the distance from the red lip to the base of the nose. It does not modify the comisures (corners of the mouth) at all. Only a facelift or similar procedure that involves pull in a combination of vectors (posterior and superior) would improve on any droopy corners.
