Breast explant and lift

I was told not to remove tape so I can't see my incisions well. I have 3 concerns

1. The color of my nipples (the first pic is 5 days post op) has gotten drastically darker (2nd & 3rd pic, 10 dpo) 2 . Concerned with the extra skin visible on the vertical incision that seems to be bugling and it seems the incision is not straight 3. Concave nipples post surgery, nipples were not concave preop

Procedure: Breast Lift
Location: Modesto, CA

Now that you have exposed the incision sites, it would be ideal to return to your surgeons office and clean the edges of the wound/apply new dressing. This requires attention that can be provided by your core surgeon. Once the skin epithelializes, then address the scars with a scar treatment protocol that may include lasers, topical scar gels (Sequel Scar Serum ), and scar modulation as early as possible.
