Revision

I had a breast reduction little over a year ago. Unfortunately I developed a severe infection in both breast. Along every incision line and I had a loss of nipple and areaola with a big indention where nipple should be. I also have scars on both breast that are very ugly. Do you think it can be fixed? Very sloppy job and sagging beast that were to be lifted.

Procedure: Breast Reduction
Location: Harrodsburg, KY

You can get these to look better. I would suggest scar revision, use of mesh to support the Lower pole, and for the right nipple I would skin graft an areola and get it tattooed.

Sorry to hear this happened and yes it can definitely be fixed. You would likely require a full revision of both sides. This would be more similar to a breast lift than a reduction. You may also benefit from tattoos to reconstruct the nipple areola complexes. Please meet with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination

Best wishes

Your breasts can definitely be revised for an improved result. I recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options and what may be the best course for you to pursue.

I think that these scars can be improved with scar revision and the indentation could be improved with possible fat grafting. The revision could remove excess skin and improve the breast shape like a breast lift procedure. The areola color would likely be best treated with tattooing. I think that this could be fixed pretty easily. Mesh can help support the lower pole, but may not be absolutely necessary.
