After a horrific "defatting" of my nose during a secondary rhinoplasty overseas, all fat layers of my nasal skin are gone and left so clearly damaged. From very thick (several mm) healthy nasal skin, to extreme paper thin. I hope for structural fat grafting to help blood flow, volume (even only 1-2mm), and appearance of skin. Also prep for future revision. Can someone help?
Your question can not be answered by email. Please, please, please stop going overseas and see a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation.
Use the “find a surgeon “ function on the plastic surgery.org website.
Need to see Front and two side view photos in order to advise. I will gladly provide my opinion.
I would have to see pictures but you might need a combination of things I would likely start with prp ,prf possible exosomes to help improve skin quality and build a layer between scar and dermis then once softened up try some fat. But a lot would depend on physical examination and seeing what was exactly done
