I was born with a cleft lip which was corrected after birth. I'm now planning to get rhinoplasty, and surgery for my lips. Would it be better to combine rhinoplasty, lip lift and scar revision in a single operation? And is scar revision possible here? Will closed rhinoplasty be suitable here?

I think open rhinoplasty and revision cleft lip repair can be done safely together. You need either a Cranio facial train surgeon or a rhinoplasty surgeon with cleft experience. Good luck!

They can be done at same time. What you are looking at though is the cleft lip revision and open rhinoplasty. It is a complex surgery and would suggest someone that has good cleft experience.
