Cartilage For Rhinoplasty

I am interest in getting rhinoplasty, but I like that my nose is prominent and don’t want to change so much. I have slight dorsal bump and am wondering if it is realistic to have cartilage transferred above it to make it smoother instead of getting rid of the hump, and just getting tip of my nose slightly changed

Procedure: Rhinoplasty
Location: Košice - Slovakia

Do you have any pictures. Have you had any previous rhinoplasty work. Yes you can add cartilage to soften the dorsal hump.

It depends on what you look like and what the goals are. You need to visit a local plastic surgeon for a consultation.
