1st reduction age 36. GREAT results! 2nd reduction age 56. Results are what DOC wanted. Feel doc didnt listen to who I am (athletic) and was only ready to do 1 proc instead of 2 on day of surgery! I should have canceled then. IMO, didnt go small enough, lift enough, blamed me for gaining 10 lbs. SOLID JOB, but NOT what I wanted. Am I candidate for do-over?
Yes you can redo it but I would wait until you are at least 6 months out.
The best way for an accurate diagnosis is to see the problem itself, then, considerations can be done, the same than considerations. By now, take a deep breath and just be patient. We can evaluate your case anytime, but we have to respect the healing process.
Revision surgery is necessary for you to get exactly the results that you want. If an additional lift and smaller volume is necessary, then that is what you need. Only an experienced surgeon that listens and cares about what you need can accomplish your goals.
It is impossible and I would consider even unethical for a surgeon to give an opinion in your case without a complete history, exam or even your pre and postop pictures. You could have a revision after it all heals in a few months if the surgeon feels it could improve the situation. Many times what the patient wants and what the expected results could be are not compatible.
When were you operated last time. I suppose you need to give at least 6 months for a revision if not more.
