I need help ASAP!!

My left boob is a C cup and my right boob is a D cup. This has been embarrassing for me because it's completely noticeable. Especially when I wear bathing suits. Could I transfer fat from another part of my body to my left boob to even them out? I've jus been so embarrassed of this for so long, and I don't know what else to do.

Procedure: Breast Augmentation
Location: Cleveland, TN

Yes, you can transfer fat into the smaller breast. You should find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and go in for a consultation.

It depends on the breast and what the issue is with the different sizes. It is possible to add fat for symmetry.

Would need to see pictures but you have many options which include fat transfer to the smaller breast or augment with an implant

You can also reduce the larger side to match the smaller side. Please meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over all of your options to figure out which procedure is right for you.

Well, natural results are the goal and the rule that determine the technique to be applied. Even liposuction of the bigger side could be a way for gain an even result. Clinical evaluation( or at least a clinical photography, may be helpful to give a professional opinion.

Yes, definitely. Fat transfer to the smaller breast is definitely a natuaral and effective solution.

It is impossible and I would consider even unethical for a surgeon to give an opinion in your case without a complete history, exam or even your pre and postop pictures. You could have a revision after it all heals in a few months if the surgeon feels it could improve the situation. Many times what the patient wants and what the expected results could be are not compatible.

Sometimes fat transfer would work but if the skin envelope is significantly restricted or the level of ptosis is different between the two breasts, it may not be sufficient and additional procedures may be required. Definitely a consultation with a plastic surgeon is necessary to determine your options.

What is embarrassing you ? Smaller left or the larger right breast ? You can either increase the smaller one or reduce the larger. From your question it appears you wish to augment the smaller one. Ptosis will also influence the decision. Fat transfer, implant augmentation both can be done but fat transfer may have to be repeated. A clinical examination is necessary to see the shape, ptosis, amount of parenchyma of your breasts before a decision is taken.

Thank you for your question! If you want more volume to improve symmetry, you may benefit from a fat transfer, where your own fat is removed from another part of your body (like your hips, tummy, of thighs) and specially prepared and placed into your breasts. This can help improve contour and shape. The great thing about these techniques is that they can now be done with minimal scarring and performed as an outpatient procedure without the need for general anesthesia. I suggest making an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options in more detail!
