How to improve my side profile?

How do I improve my side profile to achieve something more similar to the other image attached (my photo is on the right) ? I am not sure if my chin is recessed or the structure of my face makes it appear that way (my mouth protruding.) I hope to balance my face and fix my flat midface. Would jaw surgery be advised?

Procedure: Chin Surgery

Jaw Surgery: If you have a significant overbite where your upper teeth protrude over the lower teeth, jaw surgery may be recommended. This procedure can help align your jaws and improve the bite relationship between your upper and lower teeth.

Chin Implant: If your overbite doesn't require correction through jaw surgery, you can explore the option of a chin implant. A chin implant can enhance the appearance of your chin, giving it more projection and balance with your other facial features.

I made an anthropometric comparison of his face with the model's face. Her face is flat, she lacks projection of the cheekbones, jaw and chin.

Your problem can be corrected with cheekbone expansion surgery, jaw advancement, and chin advancement.

In addition, his nose lacks projection of the nasal dorsum and if he wishes to look more like the model, a correction of the lateral wall of the orbit can be performed so that his eye looks larger.

The definitive surgical plan is made with an evaluation of a 3D craniofacial CT

This surgery is for plastic surgeons, with experience in craniofacial surgery. We have a lot of experience with patients similar to your face.

In order to acheive Harmony on your face and not be too invisive and not to go to a very high budget, I would highly recommend Cheek Bone Implants (malar implants) and a Chin Implant. Orthodontics may be required for propper teeth alignment as a first option, definitely before considering any invasive jaw surgery. Your nose is beautiful as it is. Maybe a front view photo would be useful in order to further advise on your nose, but the profile is fine as it is.

Dear WG20052004mont, the easiest and minimally invasive procedure is to increase the protrusion of your chin by autologous fat injection. I routinely use it and strongly recommend it for you.
