What do you recommend,

I've never gotten surgery.. I want to get it done. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a woman who wants to look less masculine and have more face symmetry?

Procedure: Facial Implants
Location: Volcano, HI

I highly recommend Chin Bone Reduction and Rounding (a square chin bone is masculine - Superman look). A side view photo and a front view straight on (not from below) would be helpful in order to further advise. Feel free to ask me any questions

By the photograph, you have a very charm and balanced face. Clinical photography( front, 3/4, profile, basal, with hair combed /ponytail type)) may give more elements for an accurate diagnosis.

Everybody has some asymmetry of the face and parts of the body. From the one picture, you have a very nice looking face and not masculine at all. You should not have any kind of surgery at all. You did not specify any particular part of your face that is of any concern to you. If you have a concern about this you should have a consultation with a local board certified or eligible plastic surgeon. To make recommendations for specific surgeries without a specific complaint from the patient I consider very unethical.
