I had a several procedures done at once in Tijuana. I know, mistake. There was too much taken out with lipo in some areas. Around the hips specifically and on one leg. My bbl is botched also, dents and uneven. Can this be corrected? My worry is that due to the previous lipo, there’s not enough fat left to do more fat transfers. The bbl is still very tender even 1.5 yrs later.
I would have to take a better look of your overall body to see if there is enough fat. The dimpling is cellulite and will not go away by just fat grafting . It requires excision of those bands with aveli and fat grafting.
Going to Tijuana was not the mistake. Going to a NON-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or an inexperienced surgeon may be the problem.
