Pocket issues

Actually did an exchange and lift, revision for scars and "drop" as well as size, got internal bras, same issue with "drop". My surgeon wants to sling it again but I feel the pocket is now too big from when he removed the scar tissue from the exchange. Want to get a second opinion but not sure what I should be asking or hearing.

Procedure: Breast Implant Revision

The current approach for this problem of insufficient tissue strength to hold the implant in position is P4HB either as a taco like wrap from below or a complete surface wrap of the implant. It has become a game changer for these types of cases though its use is off label. The problem with the previously employed acellular dermal matrix slings is they stretch.

Sounds you have a lax skin and breast tissue. I think it is better to change the implant behind the muscle and repeat the uplift

Skin is not strong enough to hold heavy implants. Photos and implant sizing would be helpful
