I am 6 months post op breast lift and under the muscle breast augmentation and have a snoopy nose deformity. What can be done for this and what might have cause med this. My nipples are also low. I figured getting a breast lift with it would have been enough for this not to happen.
A secondary lift may be necessary. This is possible, and will not add significantly to scar and recovery time. Even in skilled hands, mastopexy augmentation sometimes does not turn out perfectly. Talk to your surgeon- he is motivated to give you a perfect result, and will be grateful for the chance to improve your result.
Well, unfortunately 80-95% of cases like yours, depend on the Surgeons technique chosen and of course, a breast implant not bigger than 300cc’s.

Please post photos (front and two side views) in order to better advise. A REvision surgery surely is necessary. If the Implants are under the muscle, that is the problem. They need to be changed to over the muscle. with or without a new breast lift.
2 options, your implants may be a little high. İt is better to pull them caudally. The second possibility is premature laxity of your breast tissue and skin, it is better to lift them again
Pictures would be great here. You may need improvement on the lift, w/ or w/out the implants removed or just time for the implants to settle. Is it possible you have a capsule? Yes. In that case photos and an examination will help
