Tough to tell with just the one photo but looks like a deviated septum and could be one of the causes of your breathing difficulties. Have you had any trauma to the nose?

If you have partial or total obstruction on one or both sides of your nose, you may have a deviated septum or other obstructive condition. An MRI or a CAT scan is necessary in order to better evaluate the problem and plan what needs to be done.

You do not need an MRI or scan. Looks like the caudal end of your septum is presenting to the left side. Everybody's septum is deviated in some form or another. If you do not have any problems and like the way your nose looks, then you do not need anything. If you have symptoms and do not like the way your nose looks then you need to make an appointment for an exam-consultation with a local ABPS certified or eligible plastic surgeon .

The Caudal end of your septum is in your left nostril and the septum may be more deviated further inside and any deviation can cause air flow obstruction. Turbinates often are overly enlarged as well. These anomalies are readily diagnosed on simple clinic exam by a ASPS plastic surgeon or an otolaryngologist and expensive and time consuming xrays and scans are not indicated.
