6 months post op breast augmentation with lift

I am 6 months post op breast lift and under the muscle breast augmentation and have a snoopy nose deformity. What can be done for this and what might have cause med this. My nipples are also low. I figured getting a breast lift with it would have been enough for this not to happen. I paid 15000. And it's only been 6 months . What should I do?

Procedure: Breast Augmentation
Location: Conway, DE

Revision surgery should be considered since you did not achieve the desired lift, the Implants are under the muscle and therefore remain high in comparison to your own breast tissue and you may benefit from further resection of extra skin especially on the lower half of the breast. The first option is to consult with your surgeon and express your concerns.

Would need to see your pre operative pictures to see what your nipple position was prior to the placement of implants. A breast lift with implants is a very challenging procedure and has a high revision rate. I would meet with your surgeon to go over all of your options for a revision surgery.

You could use larger implants and more of a lift here

You became ptotic because your tissues are not as elastic as one would like. The weight of the implants promotes more stretching and drooping. You already have large implants for the size of your breasts and a larger implant will make things a lot worse in the long run. Talk to your surgeon about the pros and cons of revisional surgery.
