Baby Vermilion Border Scar

Hi, my baby fell and cut his lip 2 months ago & the laceration crossed the vermilion border. I know it is still early and the scar won't mature until 1 year post-injury, but I don't think the border itself is going to look much different (unless I am wrong). Can a surgical repair or any other method revise the gap in his lip border that is now present? Any help would be greatly appreciated, TIA!

Procedure: Cleft Lip and Palate Repair
Location: Edmonton, AB - Canada

It’s still early and small but as he grows might need a revision or once old enough there could also be some scar tattooing that could match he rest

I think even you , as a mother, will not notice any scar in a year

Most likely it will heal just fine and you will not be able to see it in a year or so. Absolutely nothing to do until he gets older and most likely nothing will be required. Leaveit alone and absolutely no tattooing of any kind.
