Pointy helix after otoplasty, can I reverse it?

I had otoplasty done 2 years ago and I’m not satisfied with the result. My ears are asymetrical (though the form of them are not the same). The surgeon did a antihelical fold on one of my ears but not the other so it looks weird to me because the fold is very pointy. Can I reverse this fold and make it more soft like before again if the surgeon did not remove any cartilage and used dissolvable sut

I understand what you mean. The fold has a vertice that is very sharp. YES, it can be softened, usually by removing any permanent sutures. Disolvable sutures are normally not used on the cartilage.

Looks like this can be fixed with removing one of the sutures that were used to creat the fold called the anti helix which you are showing as bothersome. I would discuss this with your surgeon.

Also would help here to see your pre operative pictures to see what the fold looked like prior to the operation
