How many surgery/revision can one have?

I had multiple gynecomastia surgery(roughly 3 and an additional one touchup), it gets better each time but i have still have residual breast gland and deformities only noticable when arm raised, per doctor evaluation. I was told scar tissue makes it harder to operate, I am wondering how many gynecomastia surgical procedure is consider too much?

Procedure: Male Breast Reduction

Hello, There is no specific limit as to how many revisions one can have regarding Gynecomastia. I personally only offer surgery when improvement is guaranteed. Scar tissue does make it more demanding, but in expert hands it is not a problem as long as enough time has passed between surgeries (I suggest 6 months at least).

It all depends on the severity of your gynecomastia that you had prior to any operation and the techniques that were used for the operation. It is impossible to say in your specific case without seeing pictures or doing a physical exam.
