am in CO and I have pretty severe Lipedema in my legs to the point I am having trouble walking. I am a SPED Paraeducator and I have 4 kids so I am on my feet a lot. I desperately need help. Is there any doctor willing to help me, I am truly scared about losing the use of my legs?

I've had a few patients with lipedema from Colorado come to see me in Chicago.
Before you travel anywhere I would get a consultation with a local ABPS certified or eligible plastic surgeon and see what they recommend or if there is anyone locally that could help with this problem.
Lipedema like that is largely a cosmetic deformity. Treatment is just liposuction for the most part. You shouldn't need to travel for this
We have treated many patients with lipedema with high volume liposuction followed by skin excision (thighplasty) as needed. I would agree that most board certified plastic surgeons should be able to accomplish this.
