Buried Penis next steps

Due to the limitations of 400 characters, this will be greatly reduced in length.

I'm an adult male with an infant botched circumcision, I've lost 300 lbs (now 5'11 178) and undergone panniculectomy and two monsplasty procedures. The penis remains fully buried, and I can insert three inches of my finger into the hole that exists. What can be done for me? I need penile reconstruction asap.

Procedure: Panniculectomy
Location: Corona, CA

A Clear photograph would be helpful. From what you write, you need additional skin removal in order to make the penis visible.

I see this often in my practice. Treatment is more complicated than abdominoplasty with mons plasty. There are maneuvers that need to be performed directly on the penile shaft as well. I do not generally advise skin grafting since the issue is rarely a lack of adequate tissue, just a lack of understanding about how to use the existing tissue. Please feel free to contact my office in Beverly Hills to schedule a consultation if you would like more information.
