Any hope for unsatisfied lower blepharoplasty? (surgical or non)

Hi all-- I had a lower blepharoplasty done in May 2023. My surgeon either removed more fat on my left side, or didn't account for my asymmetrical bone structure, leaving the left eye sunken. My orbital bone is exposed. I have tried HA filler but it just created another bag under my eye. It looked ok for a few hrs after getting filler dissolved, because there was slight swelling. What can I do?

Procedure: Eyelid Surgery
Location: Chicago, IL

I suspect you have a negative vector and if so there should be many plastic surgeons in Chicago who can fix this problem

Fat grafting can solve it since it gives more natural result than filler

Yes small amount of fat grafting can fix the issues you are experiencing.

Hi there ! Caution with those fillers ! It seems that you have a condition named ECTROPION of the left inferior eyelid. Possible scleral show may lead you to dry eye syndrome. I would advise you to go back to your surgeon to evaluate possible aurgical solutions but NO fillers. Meanwhile, must keep using eyes lubricants to avoid serous dryness.
