Breast Lift/Reduction with new Silicone

Dear

My wife had surgery a week ago and I am noticing her left breast is different than the other. 10 Years ago she had breast augmentation and that breast got encapsulated. Also that breast was lower than the right one (pre-op). Should we worried about her current left breast form ?

Thanks

Procedure: Breast Lift
Location: Miami, FL

One week is way too early to determine the final results. Especially since this is a revision surgery, I would wait 6 months and reassess. Please discuss this with your surgeon as well

Breast symmetry is a very tricky subject. After healing maybe some kind of improvement will happen. For now It is better to focus on circulation problem of her nipples

We always worry about every patient until everything is well. There is always some asymmetry preop and always some after. We do not know what she looked before this last surgery and we do not know exactly what kind of surgery she had. I am guessing that she had a mastopexy which is a lift and replacement of implants possibly with capsulectomy-capsulotomy and implants that larger than what I would have liked. It is too early to tell anything and most likely things will improve quite a bit with time as it heals. Possibly 6 months or longer. You need to discuss with your surgeon and follow their advice.
