What can I do

I am about 16 days out from getting my breast augmentation with implants and a lift. Recently I had a lot of drainage and now my incisions have started to open. I have contacted my surgeon but due to him being in a different country it takes awhile for him to respond. Is this normal or is there anything I can do to help it close? I change my gauze 3-4 times a day and clean everything.

Procedure: Breast Augmentation
Location: mabank, TX

You need to see a local plastic surgeon as soon as possible.

Well, just keep it very clean( daily antisoetics$ and “ butterflies” keep’en for 4/7 consecutive days. Usually, close by swcondary healing process

I agree with Dr. Gutowski. There is dead fat visible in one photo meaning the wound very likely extends to the implant. You need to be under a plastic surgeon’s care urgently.

Given the appearance of the wound there is a chance that the implant is exposed. Please see a local plastic surgeon as soon as possible. If you are having fevers / chills, worsening redness or pus draining from the incision you need to go to the emergency roll immediately

You should see someone or travel back where you had the surgery.
