Best Facial Procedures

Hello,

I would like to the most minimal amount of work with the biggest impact. I'm looking to do simple changes to both keep a natural look and for financial reasons. I've had advice to do rhinoplasty and perhaps a procedure to decrease jowels. However, others have suggested lip augmentation and fillers to achieve the best results. Not really sure what I should prioritize to achieve my goals.

Procedure: Rhinoplasty
Location: Warren, OH

Without knowing your goals, I wouldn't trust anyone to give you advice on what to do. "Crowd sourcing" recommendations for surgery is not a substitute for a comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment plan. Spend some time discussing this with a board certified plastic surgeon.

A personal evaluation is important. According to the anthropometric analysis of the photos, the lower third of your face is long, the mandibular angle is very pronounced, resulting in a face that loses its oval shape and becomes square. There may be growth of the masseter muscle, hypertrophy of the masseter, this may be due to bruxism. The face is slightly flat, the cheekbones lack projection, and the nose has an irregular dorsum.

The plan for surgery is: shorten the lower third vertically (3mm). Reshape the mandibular angle to recover the oval face, give projection to the cheekbones and a rhinoplasty.

Look for a plastic surgeon with experience in facial skeleton surgery, it is facial architecture.

In this case, small surgery equals small results.

You do not need any fillers. Your bone structure and lips are beautiful as they are. I do not think you need a rhinoplasty. Therre are minor things that can be done but they are better left UNDONE so you dont have the operated look. Embrace your beauty because you are beautiful

This is a question that is impossible to answer in a forum like this. This largely depends on exactly what feature you are seeking improvement of as well as your end goals. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If I asked 10 different people who looked exactly like you what they wanted to improve I would get 10 different answers. My job as a plastic surgeon is to figure out if you have realistic expectations and if I can deliver what you are looking for in a safe manner

In consideration of your objectives, I recommend tip rhinoplasty to provide more definition and make it less bulbous, malar implants to accentuate this area and Liposuction of the jowls that are starting to form. Nose and Jowl procedures are very cost-effective. Malar implants cost a little more due to the need for materials but since all procedures can be done in one day, it may be worthwhile to consider all three. Best Regards,

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the way you look. I don't think it is a good idea to suggest any kind of surgery to anyone without knowing specifically what is that bothers the patient. This can only be done in consultation to determine what if anything should be done. I would tell you that you could expect very minor changes and it probably would be best not to have anything at all.

Do you have to pay dues to ask a question? I'm sorry to write here but I'm new and it doesn't work for me
