Had Tummy tuck and 360 lipo 2 years ago this morning i woke up big, like if no tummy tuck was perfor

I had a tummytuck&360 lipo 2 yrs ago, I still don't have sensibility, but I been feeling like a bruise pain on my left side in the middle of the tórax area. For the last 3 weeks my stomach started to be noticeable this morning my stomach was big but my waist was still visible, 6 hours later my stomach is bigger and I lost my waist, like if i never had a tummytuck. Do the stitches opened?

Procedure: Tummy Tuck

Without viewing pictures before your procedure, after your procedure and pictures of what you look like now, it is impossible to answer this question.

impossible to answer without pics like Dr Vemula stated. 2 years later the scar tissue between sturured edges of muscular fascia should have healed 10x over by then making the stitches irrelevant. weight gain?

With all due respect. The previous two answers are inadequate. I agree that it is unlikely at this late date that your stitches have anything to do with what you have experienced. We are physicians and not just plastic surgeons, however, and so have to look at the whole person, not just the cosmetic concern. You did not mention your age, weight, whether you have been experiencing any other abdominal issues, how you are otherwise feeling, other medical problems you may have, and so on. This has been going on by your account for at least three weeks and it sounds like it may have been longer. You need a proper medical evaluation by your physician. There are many causes of relatively sudden abdominal swelling. Some are serious. Don't delay this.

Without an exam it is impossible to answer any questions about your case. Sounds like an acute problem and if it is you need to see a physician right away. Pain in the thorax could be any number of things. Doubt any stitches just opening but can not tell anything without an exam. If this is really an acute problem see a doctor right away and if you can not find one the advice is to go to an emergency room for evaluation.

Without a picture and examination it is tough to tell what has happened. Has there been any weight. Since the surgery? Did you have a hernia that was fixed during surgery? Any other medical problems or abdominal surgeries? This could be a recurrence of rectus diastasis but there has to be a cause and would not happen that quickly from the sutures coming undone. You might have had a hernia or umbilical hernia that recurred
