The picture appears to show platysma bands, which can be addressed with a neck lift but without details of your procedure and a more complete photo it is not possible to say anything definitive.

Apparently the platisma muscle borders need to be united in the midline. This can be performed as a secondary procedure with an incision hiddne under your chin providing that there is no skin laxity.

Part of the neck lift is the midline repair of the platysma muscle in the midline. Looks like the muscle is separated here. A simple repair of the muscle will solve the problem needed

Necklift Revision

Begin your next consultation with a complete history of the procedure you have undergone. It appears as though you still have prominence of the platysmal bands; which can be corrected with a revision neck lift.
