I have had a foreheadg reduction done last year, unfortunately forehead is way too small and I cannot accept it. I am wondering if there is anything that can be done? Is a revision surgery possible? Or is there anything else that would add at least 0,5 cm back.

I think your forehead looks fine.
Forehead needs to be evaluated with the whole face
Simply rule of thirds can assessed upper third involves forehead, middle third is to the base of the nose, lower one should be down to lowest portion of chin.
