Needing a bit of advice I just want my skin tightened after the repair and causing pain

I had c sections back to back in 22 and 23. In total I have had 3 c sections. I developed an umbilical hernia, ventral hernia, and diastasis recti (what my paperwork states) I lost weight and my OB stated that I lost elasticity in my stomach/skin hangs and causes sores and rashes. I am currently on a prescription cream. Can I be covered for a abdominoplasty since I have to have the recti fixed?

Procedure: Panniculectomy
Location: Mt Dora, FL

Hernia repairs are covered by insurance. Diastasis recti repair on the other hand is considered cosmetic and not covered by int.

Since the medical literature supports rectus plication as a means to significantly reduce hernia recurrence rates the entire surgery should be covered by insurance as long as it is properly submitted for preauthorization especially if imaging documents the size of the defect.
