Just moving your areola up and not reshaping the breast I do under a local anesthetic in my office operating room in Miramar. The total cost would be $1850.

Thank you for sharing your question. The most predictable and reliable way of lifting the areola involves a breast lift. Small excisions of skin to reposition the areola tends to result in spreading of the tissues and a poor appearing scar. Without photos it is difficult to offer definite advice so go on a series of consultations in your area to get the best recommendation.

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Based on your description, it sounds as though you only require a very small breast lift. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. If you have any questions, call our office for assistance. Good luck!

as you would expect, there is no way to obtain a realistic estimate for a procedure until you have been examined. There are multiple procedures which may be offered that vary in magnitude and the expense for each will also vary. Seek a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or even several consultations and then mayor decision. Good luck!

What you are referring to as "moving the areola up", may be more complicated than meets the eye, and it is only through a careful evaluation and measurements that the plastic surgeon can decide what procedure you would benefit from. However, if it is truly just a Nipple/Areola ptosis that needs to be corrected, it can be done under local anesthesia. We usually do not discuss prices here, but to give you an idea this can be done for around $2,500.
