Cost

At the age of fourteen I looked thirty. I am now 50 looking 65. I need extensive work on my face. Hoping to get a price on several facial procedures rolled into one surgery if possible. Lower and Mid Facelift, Facial Contouring, Brow/Eye Lift, Chin Implant, Neck Lift, Rhinoplasty, Upper Lip Augmentation and last but not least, Microdermabrasion. How much would this all be? I appreciate help.

Procedure: Facelift
Location: Holland, NY

Without a series of photographs it is difficult to assess what treatments will work best to help you achieve your goals. Additionally prices will vary by surgeon, geography, and type of surgery center. Best to see a series of surgeons in your area in consultation to get the best estimates.

It is hard to give estimates without at least seeing photos. I try and keeps my costs downb and affordable for my patients and probably could do those procedures in one operation and recovery. I would suggest that you send photographs to me and I can evaluate and give you a price.

Thanks for your question. This is the most common type of question we see. As with anything, the best way to get an answer is with a consultation by a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Members of ASPS are board certified. Price varies with a number of factors, including geographic location, facility used, surgeon skill set and anesthesia used. Moreover, you may not need all of the procedures you mention to get the result you seek. All of these procedures can be performed at one time and most of them are routinely done in one sitting. Cost for the whole package can range from $20,000 and up. Your best option is to arrange a consultation. Many of us offer virtual consultations so you can get several opinions. I am sure all of us who answer would be happy to help you. Hope this answers your question.

Facial surgery to involve face and neck lift (mid and lower face), chin implant, rhinoplasty, lip and cheek augmentation with fat transfer will cost you approximately 25K$. This is just an estimate but can be made more definitive following a consultation where your surgery will be defined after a physical examination.

You may not need to get all of these procedures! It is highly possible that selecting only one or two of them will greatly improve your appearance. Have you considered that? Many patients get a LOT of bang for the buck by simply getting a brow lift, fat grafting to mid and lower face, and a lip lift, which runs about $12K total. In addition, the recovery is not that long.

The best way to start the process is to consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon . Also be sure that the Surgery Center is AAAASF accredited and uses Board Certified Anesthesiologists. The surgeon you select should be able to show you LOTS of photos. Experience matters!

Many surgeons offer Virtual consults , including myself. You can contact me here through this website or by calling my office. Take care and good luck.

A facelift includes a neck lift and facial contouring. This can be combined with upper and lower lid surgery. This can all be done in one setting. The cost is from $13000 to $$20000 p’What needs to be done. This is as much as I would do in one setting. All the other procedires can be done in another setting. Microdermabrasion is last and definitely least because it doesn’t accomplish much and is not to be compared to the other procedures.
