Dr Ali thanks for getting back to me. 1. I am a 67 year old male who is a personal trainer. I am in shape everywhere else. 2. The bulge is above and below the navel, center of my stomach. My condition is improved, but I am not satisfied with finished results. I feel like a bought a ticket to get from LA to Phx and only made it to Riverside. Thanks again
