My body is very rectangular. My breasts are a 34c but rather small when I’m slim. I barely have any hips. My entire body goes straight down no curves.
I want an hourglass figure. I want a realistic boob job bringing them to a D. Curvier hips. Could I get a couple ribs removed or my hips shaved? Could I get fillings in my thighs? What are my options/costs/recovery times?
