When your breast changes shape following trauma, an evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon is suggested (preferably the plastic surgeon who performed the breast augmentation). After a physical examination , your chosen plastic surgeon will determine which studies, if any, are required, An MRI and/or Ultrasound may be needed to evaluate your implant and surrounding breast tissue.

Sorry to hear of your injury and I would recommend being seen by your surgeon or a local ASPS board certified plastic surgeon to determine if your implant was ruptured. Depending on an examination, additional radiological testing may be needed. Best wishes!

At the very least you need an MRI to check the implant integrity. If you want to improve your breast rippling and shape regardless, hmay need capsulotomy with a new implant available to change it if need be.

Given your history, it makes sense to return back to your surgeon for an evaluation. They will examine you and determine if additional testing is necessary such as and ultrasound, MRI, etc.
