Hi, i’m 21y/o, 132lbs 152cm (Pearshape) Was 154lbs with 31” waist, 44” hip and 28 “ thigh With rigorous diet and workout I reached 28” waist, 39” hip 26” thighs with a weight of 124lbs. Since 2years buns and thighs are not getting thinner/leaner no matter what diet or workout routine I follow genuinely. Is it okay to undergo a treatment? If yes, what kind of treatment? What are the risks involve
It sounds like you are doing a great job losing weight! Congratulations! Several things can contribute to thicker legs, this includes. The size of the underlying bones, muscles and subcutaneous fat content. Only the fat content can be reduced. If you are near or at your goal weight then perhaps liposuction might be a reasonable approach. You would have to be seen in person to determine if you are a candidate or not. Good luck!
It sounds like you are an excellent candidate for liposuction. It would not help with loose skin but it would debulk and remove most of the fat. This I do as an outpatient and my out of state patients usually remain in the area of one of my offices for about one week. The risks are the usual with any surgery, infection, bleeding excess skin remaining, uneveness and pulmonary embolus.

Without photographs it is difficult to offer recommendations but based on your age and weight you are most likely a liposuction candidate to help further slim your legs. Hope this helps.
Hi
for you depend on your age I think the best procedure is liposuction but you should sent photography for better idea .
Hi. To answer your question an evaluation of your condition is most needed.
There is no way to recommend you any treatment without at least seeing your condition.
