Buttocks lift/augmentation

I'm a healthy, pretty fit 58yr old female. I'm happy with my body except my flat butt. Have some extra fat on lower abdomen. Could we transfer that to my butt?

Procedure: Liposuction
Location: Redding, CA

It might be possible for to undergo a bbl. you would have to be seen in person to be evaluated to see if you have adequate donor sites. Best of luck.

The abdomen is a very common place to get fat for buttock augmentation. The amount of augmentation may be limited by the availability of fat donor sites.

Thank you for your question and doing your homework with ASPS member surgeons. Fat transfer to the buttocks has become a very popular procedure and yields excellent results in properly selected candidates. Have a safe operative experience is the foremost priority!

As with any plastic surgery procedure, whether surgical or non-surgical, it is always best to have an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Together with your surgeon, you can develop a customized treatment plan that is best suited to your individual features, cosmetic goals, budget, and recovery timeline. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) both have “Find a Surgeon” features on their respective websites to facilitate finding a properly trained and qualified plastic surgeon in your area.
